LL-37: why no vial calculator
The site's reconstitution calculator turns the milligrams in a powder vial and the millilitres of added water into a concentration and syringe units. For some substances it has a preset that fills in the vial size.
The vial calculator does not apply to this substance. In human studies LL-37 was applied to the wound or taken by mouth, and no dose injected under the skin has been studied. The calculator has no preset for this substance.
The calculator is here to help you read research. It only converts units: your own numbers, or doses reported in the cited studies.
Not a recommendation, not treatment guidance. The calculator only converts units. It does not tell you how much of any substance is advisable or safe to use.
