TITAN blend: what it contains and what is known
In short
TITAN is a peptide blend sold online with no established composition: we know of only one seller that used the name (October 2026). We know of no published study of the product itself.
- We know of only one seller that used the name TITAN, and it declares tesamorelin, CJC-1295, ipamorelin and BPC-157 without amounts [10]E, not peer-reviewed.
- CJC-1295 and ipamorelin have each been given to humans in small studies [2, 4]A, and a 2026 review mentions a mouse study of the combination [5], but we could not find such a published study.
- The FDA has identified serious harms linked to CJC-1295, such as increased heart rate [7]regulator.
- CJC-1295 and ipamorelin are named in the Finnish medicines list, and in sport they are banned at all times [8, 9]regulator.
What is the TITAN blend?
The TITAN blend has no established seller-declared composition. We know of only one seller that sold a blend under the name TITAN (October 2026), and it declares tesamorelin, CJC-1295, ipamorelin and BPC-157 as the components but not their amounts [10]E, not peer-reviewed. The content has not been tested by an independent laboratory, and a seller's declaration does not guarantee it.
TITAN is the name of a peptide blend sold online. Sellers of blends such as GLOW and WOLVERINE usually declare the components and their amounts, but we know of only one seller that used the name TITAN, so there is no established composition to compare. Tesamorelin and BPC-157 have their own pages: tesamorelin and BPC-157.
Of the declared components, this page covers these two:
- CJC-1295 is a long-acting analogue of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) [2]A. The name is used for two different forms, with and without the DAC structure [6].
- Ipamorelin is a five-amino-acid peptide that releases growth hormone in a similar way to the GHRP peptides [3]C.
Fimea gives both as example names under which peptide products are sold online [1]regulator. Blends in general: Peptide blends: what is in the vial and why the seller's label is not enough. All blends: Blends.

Has the TITAN blend been studied?
Not as far as we know (see In short above). We know of the combination only from general reviews.
What is known about CJC-1295 and ipamorelin
The results below concern single substances, not the TITAN product.
- CJC-1295. In two randomised, placebo-controlled studies in healthy adults aged 21-61, a single injection raised growth hormone levels 2- to 10-fold for six days or more and IGF-I levels 1.5- to 3-fold for 9-11 days. The half-life was 5.8-8.1 days [2]A.
- Ipamorelin, animals. Ipamorelin released growth hormone in animal studies. In pigs it did not raise ACTH or cortisol significantly more than GHRH [3]C.
- Ipamorelin, humans. In a phase 2 trial (NCT00672074), 117 bowel surgery patients received intravenous ipamorelin or placebo. Median time to the first tolerated meal was 25.3 hours with ipamorelin and 32.6 hours with placebo, but the difference was not statistically significant [4]A.
- Combination. According to the abstract of a 2026 review, CJC-1295 with ipamorelin improved muscle strength in mice with glucocorticoid-induced muscle loss [5]. We could not find such a published mouse study, so the claim is unconfirmed.
- In general. According to a review, peptides acting on the growth hormone axis are not approved for physique or performance use [6].
Evidence on single substances does not transfer to a blend. When the amounts of the components are not declared and the content and purity have not been independently tested, nothing about its effects can be inferred from these studies.
Who studies the TITAN blend?
No one that we know of has published research on this product (see above).

What side effects can the TITAN blend have?
There are no data on the blend's harms, because the blend has not been studied. According to Fimea, there is no reliable information on the content, quality and safety of products sold as peptides, and their effect on the body may be unpredictable [1]regulator.
Risks of the combination, based on the declared components
- The FDA has identified serious harms linked to CJC-1295, such as increased heart rate and a vasodilation reaction [7]regulator.
- For ipamorelin, the FDA points to a published study in which the intravenous substance was associated with serious adverse events, including death [7]regulator.
- According to a review, users of peptides acting on the growth hormone axis have reported prolactin and cortisol rises, appetite changes, blood sugar disturbances, fluid retention, muscle and joint pain and injection-site reactions [6].
- For injectable products, impurities such as endotoxins that end up in the product during manufacture raise the risk of serious health hazards [1]regulator.
CJC-1295 and ipamorelin both act on the growth hormone axis [2]A [3]C. Their combined use has not been studied in humans, and when the amounts are not declared and the content has not been independently tested, the risks of the combination cannot be assessed. More: Side effects and safety.
TITAN blend dosage in studies
The seller does not declare the amounts of the components, and there is no studied dose for the blend [10]E, not peer-reviewed. Study doses of the single substances are on their dose pages: CJC-1295 and ipamorelin. They concern single substances in supervised studies, not the blend, and they are not recommendations. The blend itself has no dose page of its own.
Is the TITAN blend legal in Finland?
CJC-1295 and ipamorelin are named in the Finnish medicines list [8]regulator.
- Medicines list. Annex 1 A of the Finnish medicines list (230/2025), which covers medicinal substance analogues and prohormones classified as medicines, names "CJC-1295 and CJC-1295 DAC" and ipamorelin [8]regulator.
- Fimea warning, 29 June 2026. Fimea warned about injectable peptides bought online, giving CJC-1295 and ipamorelin as examples. Fimea advises not ordering injectable peptides from online shops or through social media, and buying medicines only from legal pharmacies. A "for research use only" label means the product is not intended for humans [1]regulator.
- United States. Ipamorelin acetate is in FDA category 2, meaning bulk drug substances for compounding that may present significant safety risks. CJC-1295 was in the same category until the nominator withdrew the nomination; the FDA page still shows its risk description [7]regulator.
- Import. Peptides and the law. Bringing them back from travel: Travelling with peptides.
This is not legal advice. Disclaimer.
Is the TITAN blend doping?
Yes, if the vial holds even one of the components the seller declares. On the WADA 2026 Prohibited List, CJC-1295 and ipamorelin are growth hormone releasing factors (class S2.2.4), which are prohibited at all times [9]regulator. Tesamorelin is also in class S2.2.4 and BPC-157 in class S0 [9]regulator. In a blend, one prohibited component is enough.
How to assess a TITAN product
When there is no consistent declared composition for the name TITAN, the buyer does not know which substances are in the vial, how much of each, or whether something else is in it. According to Fimea, an unauthorised product may contain a different substance than the packaging states [1]regulator. The name CJC-1295 is used for two different forms, with and without the DAC structure, so the name alone does not tell which one would be in the vial [6].
A certificate of analysis (COA) for a blend should identify each component separately by mass spectrometry (MS), state the amount of each, and refer to the same batch as the vial being sold. The FDA also notes that ipamorelin contains unnatural amino acids, which makes the substance harder to characterise [7]regulator. For injectables, endotoxins are a particular risk [1]regulator.
